Privacy Policy
This is the operator’s public notice of privacy practices for Make Ten Revolution worldwide. It is written to meet the transparency rules used by Apple App Store, Google Play, the EU/UK GDPR, major U.S. state privacy laws, COPPA, Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Privacy Act, and equivalent local rights. Where a local law gives you a stronger right, that right applies. This version of the app does not collect personal data onto the operator’s systems.
1. Short version
Make Ten Revolution is a single-player number puzzle. Progress, scores, settings, pips, boosters, and streaks stay on your device. There is no account, no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, and no game server of ours. We do not sell or share your data. We cannot read your save unless you send it to us.
2. Who we are
The app is operated by Dante Cogliandro, an individual developer. There is no parent company, advertising network, or analytics vendor in this version. Privacy questions and rights requests: dantecogliandro@icloud.com. We respond without undue delay and within the time a local law requires (for example 30 days under the GDPR, 45 days under the CPRA). If a regulator requires a postal address for a specific request, we will provide it in that correspondence.
3. Scope
This policy covers the official iOS and Android builds identified as
com.maketen.game. It does not cover Apple, Google, or your device maker
(stores, system backup, operating system), sites or emails you open outside the app, or a
future version that adds accounts, ads, analytics, or cloud save. That version will ship
an updated policy before those features go live.
4. What the app stores on your device
The app writes only gameplay and preference data on the device. Nothing in this list is sent to a server we operate.
| Data | Where | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Settings (sound, haptics, games played, best scores) | WebView localStorage | Remember preferences |
| Progression (levels, stars, pips, boosters, streaks, tutorials) | localStorage + native mirror | Campaign and shop |
| Native save mirror | iOS UserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences | Survive WebView data eviction |
| Session snapshot | localStorage | Technical recovery; this build clears it on launch |
| Backup code (only if you tap Show my code) | Screen / clipboard | You restore progress after a reinstall |
This data is not tied to your name, email, phone, or an account. Daily Ten and login streaks use local calendar dates on the device, not a location signal. Pips are local game currency, not real money and not an in-app purchase.
We do not collect name, email, phone, location, contacts, photos, payments, advertising IDs, analytics, health or biometric data, or chat. There is no network call in the game code that uploads progress to us. There is no Firebase, AdMob, Game Center login, Play Games login, or third-party analytics SDK in this version.
5. Permissions
Android includes the INTERNET permission because the app is a Capacitor WebView. This version does not use it to send your game data to us. The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, tracking (IDFA / ATT), or notifications. Haptics use system vibration only.
6. Services we do not control
Download, store accounts, refunds, the optional system review sheet, and iCloud / Google / device backup are handled by Apple, Google, or your device maker under their policies. We do not receive your store account, payment method, or review text. We only store a local flag that we already asked for a review. Android backup may include local app data if you enabled system backup.
7. Purposes and legal bases
On-device storage exists only to run the game you asked for. GDPR / UK GDPR: Article 6(1)(b) (perform the requested game service); native save mirror also 6(1)(f) (keep a save you already earned); review-asked flag 6(1)(f); answering an email you send us 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f), or 6(1)(c) if a law requires a reply. No advertising profiling. No automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
U.S. notice at collection: we do not collect personal information from this app onto our systems. Categories sold or shared for cross-context advertising: none. Sensitive personal information: not collected.
8. Retention, security, transfers
Game data stays on the device until you clear app storage or uninstall. We have no server-side game database. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you or meet a legal duty. Saves live in the app sandbox; we do not transmit them to ourselves. Treat a backup code like a save file. We do not transfer game data to our servers in any country. Store and system backups follow Apple’s or Google’s terms if you use them.
9. Children
The game is a casual number puzzle for a general audience. It is not a data-collection service directed at children under 13 (COPPA): we do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. No chat, no ads, no account. Parents can delete local data by clearing the app or uninstalling. If a child emailed us personal information, write to dantecogliandro@icloud.com and we will delete that message.
10. Your rights
Delete game data on the device (iOS Delete App, or Android Clear data / Uninstall). Export it with Settings → Progress backup → Show my code. We never receive that code unless you paste it into an email. For any personal information that actually reached our inbox, email us.
EEA, UK, Switzerland: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority (for example the Garante, ICO, or CNIL). United States: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. Brazil, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere: local confirmation, access, correction, and deletion rights apply to data we hold — for this version, that is typically only an email you sent us.
11. Changes
If we add accounts, ads, analytics, cloud save, or any collection of personal data, we will update this policy, Apple’s App Privacy labels, and Google Play Data safety, and ship that policy with that version before the new collection starts.
